The Boweld manufacturing unit has been inspected and approved by leading truck makers.
Bodies are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM techniques with individual panels laser cut (for precision and to prevent stress) from high yield, wear resistant steel for high accuracy and durability.
Individual parts are pre-assembled onto purpose built jigs prior to wielding to certified standards. Bodies are continuous seam welded using MIG welding (low hydrogen) for improved weld reliability and strength in dedicated body jigs to ensure body alignment, accuracy and reliability.
Boweld have in house painting facilities so that bodies may be both primed and final painted without leaving the factory. A high solids, high temperature bake process achieves the best finish in the UK market while protecting the body and ensuring long operating life.
