Bodies are designed and manufactured using the latest CAD/CAM techniques with individual panels laser cut (for precision and to prevent stress) from high yield, wear resistant steel for high accuracy and durability. Individual parts are pre-assembled onto purpose built jigs prior to wielding to certified standards.

Bodies are continuous seam welded using MIG welding (low hydrogen) for improved weld reliability and strength in dedicated body jigs to ensure body alignment, accuracy and reliability.

Boweld bodies and options are renowned for their durability and quality. Boweld products are purpose designed and manufactured to comply with the highest quality standards.

All bodies are fully guaranteed from 3 years and options are guaranteed for 12 months (see warranty leaflets for conditions).
