All Boweld bodies are exclusively manufactured in high yield, wear resistant steel with continuous seam welds to ensure maximum strength and durability. Boweld's unique body design and production methods minimise parasitic weight yet deliver rugged, long life units that provide the highest payloads in their class.

  1. Adjustable headboard body tilt channels are uniquely designed to accommodate various front-end tipping gears.
  2. Proprietary hydraulic tipping units are available from all leading makers to suit the customer’s preferences.
  3. The unique monocoque weight saving design offers maximum payload in class combined with strength and durability. 3 year parts and labour guarantee.
  4. All bodies are prepared and built to accept Boweld’s in-house manufactured automatic sheeting system.
  5. Pressed steel mudguards. Replacement is easy, supplied as a full bolt on kit designed to fit on bodywork using a unique hanger system which guarantees alignment and simple retro-fitting.
  6. Boweld bodies are compatible with all major chassis manufacturers.
  7. Rear tailgates feature unique ‘P’ type double pivot hinges with ‘greasetech’ swivel pins for reduced wear and the prevention of tailgate ‘drop’.
  8. Bodies are prepared to accept Boweld’s patented ‘air claw’ automated tailgate system which is available as an option.
